Andy Maier, has always had a heart for service. As a graduate of Dallas Baptist University, he learned the importance of servant leadership. With service at the forefront, Andy began Armadillo Home Security in 2020 with the focus on serving others and treating people right. He took a step to change the alarm monitoring industry, by offering straight forward pricing and honest work.

Unfortunately, a few months in to 2020, a global pandemic struck and Andy had to pause what he was doing. While it wasn't the best timing for a new business, he preserved and used the time to gain additional knowledge of the business.

At the the end of 2020, a new project was presented to Andy that would include more than just security monitoring. During this project he found that Armadillo Home Security could do more than just security monitoring by proving additional low voltage wiring and services.

In 2024, Armadillo Home Security became Armadillo Wireworks widening its services. Today, Armadillo Wireworks can be found in homes, small businesses, custom homes, and even a master plan community throughout the Southern DFW area.
